Southsea beach.

I offer counselling for adults, individuals, couples, people in all kinds of relationships, both face-to-face in Portsmouth and online. My practice is inclusive of LGBTQIA+ , consensually non-monogamous relationships, asexual and aromantic people, kink communities and other diverse ways of relating. I offer a space where all relationship experiences and identities can be explored with openness and curiosity.

Relationships can bring connection, joy, and meaning, but they can also feel complex and challenging. You may be struggling with communication, conflict, trust, intimacy, boundaries, or repeating patterns that leave you feeling stuck. Developing a stronger sense of self within a relationship can support clearer communication, healthier boundaries, and a deeper connection. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, to better understand yourself, your relationships, as well as the wider social, cultural, and personal experiences that shape them.

Couples therapy can feel especially challenging, often stirring up difficult emotions and long-standing patterns. Having a safe space, where one can be honest and vulnerable, whilst exploring these concerns, could be incredibly healing and open up possibilities to understand each other more deeply, see the relationship from a different perspective, and find new ways of relating.
