I am a qualified counsellor working with adults in Portsmouth, Hampshire, offering therapy sessions in person and online. I provide integrative, with a core in Gestalt, trauma-informed counselling that is relational, reflective and grounded in a professional therapeutic framework.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), a member of the Hampshire Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (HACP) and a student member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapy (COSRT). I work within their ethical guidelines to ensure my practice is safe and professional.

Identity, culture and belonging

Growing up with a Polish background has shaped how I understand identity, culture, and belonging. It’s part of what draws me to exploring how people navigate difference, displacement and cultural expectations, and how these experiences influence the way we communicate with others in various relationship styles.

Before training as a counsellor, I worked in design, where I developed a way of thinking that still shapes how I work today. It taught me the value of curiosity, creativity, and paying attention to details, which can play an important part in the Gestalt therapy process.

I see therapy as a thoughtful and collaborative process, built on trust, open communication, and creating a steady foundation from which change can happen, where all parts of a person’s experience deserve space in therapy.
